Panel discussion, demo and tasting with three of Los Angeles’ masters of cheese culture, Lydia Clarke (DTLA Cheeseat GCM, Cheese Cave), Alex Ourieff (Vagabond Cheese), and Ian Asbury (Cheezus) with Jenn Harris as moderator (L.A. Times) on what it takes becomes a cheese monger, how the trio seeks out and chooses their seasonal and unique offerings, and innovative approaches to serving and cooking with cheese. Lydia, Alex and Ian will team up in a live demo to show you how to combine an eclectic mix of cheeses and sweet and savory accompaniments to create a cheese board that wows. The session concludes with a tasting of extraordinary cheeses.
