Menu A ($96): (Appetizer) cold chicken with chile pepper, lettuce and sesame sauce, (main course) house spicy black cod en papillote combo or black cod en papillote with preserved assorted vegetables, (side dish) Chengdu cold chuan chuan, (dim sum) Shanghai steamed shumai, (dessert) ice jelly with boba and milk tea, (drink) draft pitcher of Sapporo.

Menu B ($180): (Appetizer) cold chicken with chile pepper, lettuce and sesame sauce, house special braised duck delight with blueberry yam, (main course) house spicy black cod en papillote or black cod en papillote with preserved assorted vegetables, (side dish) Chengdu cold chuan chuan, spicy shoveled griddle pot (choice of short ribs or squid), (dim sum) Shanghai dumplings, (dessert) rice dumplings in fermented rice wine, (drink) Senjyu Kubota sake.
