Menu 1 ($70): Half-and-half soup base, with beef stomach, shrimp, hand-made black tofu, beef, lamb leg meat, sliced bamboo shoots and sliced cucumbers, (dessert) sweet sticky rice cake

Menu 2 ($80): Half-and-half soup sase, with house beef throat, duck intestine, lamb shoulder, Angus rib-eye beef, beef balls, tong ho, enoki mushroom and fried crispy pork
