Chefs of the year Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson of Kismet will host a collaborative dinner in their Los Feliz restaurant with chef Musa Dagdeviren from Istanbul’s Çiya. Dagdeviren, considered a “food anthropologist,” meticulously re-creates regional Turkish dishes in a bid to keep them from becoming extinct, and the menu for this dinner is inspired by that notion as well as to celebrate the dishes of his new cookbook, “The Turkish Cookbook.”
