Chef Sandra Cordero’s Spanish-influenced menu focuses on sustainably raised, locally sourced food. On these nights, you will dive into a three-course paella meal: a seasonal appetizer; a choice of paella de mariscos, paella de carne or paella vegetariano; and a dessert.
