Before a delicious dinner of Gnocchi with the choice of 4 sauces (tomato & basil, arrabbiata, bolognese, or pesto) cheeses, cold cuts tasting platter and homemade focaccia Chef Paola will teach the diners how to make gnocchi from scratch.
