Highly respected and much lauded Melbourne chef Andrew McConnell (Supernormal, Cumulus, Inc, Cutler & Co.) discusses the influence of the Australian food culture on the global dining scene as well as the roots that draw from its Asian counterparts, reflecting unique takes on Japanese, Chinese, Malay, and Thai dishes with celebrated Aussie transplant chef Louis Tikaram of Southeast Asian EP/LP in West Hollywood.
