Chef de cuisine Andy Doubrava and executive chef Jeremy Fox continue Rustic Canyon’s monthly Farmer & Vegetable Dinner Series with a meal dedicated to Oliver Woolley of Peads and Barnetts. Five courses will feature different preparations of Woolley’s pigs, including a charcuterie board, a course of mixed sausages and cuts not normally seen in restaurants. Optional wine pairings and specialty cocktails also will be available. Tickets go on sale April 14, 2019.
