Food Bowl Takeout and Give Back is supporting the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and World Central Kitchen. Please show your support and donate now.

The LA Regional Food Bank has been fighting hunger since 1973, and in that time, has provided more than 1.2 billion meals to those in need in LA County. Amid the economic crisis caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, the Food Bank's distribution has surged 70% as even more children, seniors, families, and individuals need food assistance.

Founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés, World Central Kitchen uses the power of food to heal and strengthen communities through times of crisis. Since its founding, WCK has served over 25 million meals around the world.

In the spirit of “Takeout and Give Back,” the LA Times Foundation Fund will be granting $25,000 to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, in partnership with Toyota. We invite you to join this Virtual Food Drive. The first 500 donors will receive a premium gift from Mirai mailed directly to their door, so donate now.
