Pier Popper

Cocktail Menu:
1.5 oz Vodka
2 ea Basil Leaves
.5 oz Fresh Strawberry Syrup
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Lilet
2 oz Perrier®
Muddle basil with vodka
Add ice to shaker
Add syrups and Lilet shake
Strain over ice
Float with 2 oz Perrier® and serve!
